Navitest Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 (FENG) "Development and implementation of a proprietary ultrasonic testing technology for welded tubular node joints using the encoded Phased Array technique, together with the implementation of optional project modules"

Project Goal: The project involves the development and implementation of an innovative ultrasonic testing technology for welded tubular joints using the encoded Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) technique. The project includes research and development activities, the purchase of specialized testing equipment, the digitization of non-destructive testing (NDT) processes, as well as initiatives aimed at developing employee competencies and supporting the company’s internationalization by strengthening its potential in international markets through modern inspection solutions.

The implementation of the project will enable the development of a modern solution for the inspection of hard-to-access geometries using advanced ultrasonic methods, thereby increasing the effectiveness of detecting discontinuities and nonconformities, as well as improving the efficiency of inspection processes.

Target Groups: The project is addressed to:

- industrial companies using non-destructive testing services,

- manufacturers of steel structures and piping systems,

- the energy, offshore, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors,

- domestic and international clients using NDT services,

- Navitest employees and specialists developing expertise in modern inspection methods.
