🔍 Penetrant Testing – Precision in Detecting Discontinuities!

Penetrant testing is a highly sensitive surface inspection method. It requires proper surface preparation and is often more time-consuming, but it does not have the same limitations as magnetic particle testing.
✅ The photos show an indication on a welded joint, initially detected using the magnetic particle method. After a rough repair, it was confirmed by penetrant testing. The second photo shows two very small discontinuities on a bioreactor blade. Despite their small size, the customer's internal regulations did not allow even such minor indications.
