The process of welding sheet metal parts with large thicknesses (>100 mm) requires the introduction of a significant amount of heat 馃敟 into the welded material. In addition to the obvious preheating, it is also necessary to gradually cool 鉂勶笍. After this stage, we conduct preliminary ultrasonic and magnetic particle tests on the welded lifting columns.馃攳These are preliminary tests, as our role does not end at this stage - the parts are then subjected to PWHT heat treatment. After annealing, the tests are repeated, as required by the 馃摐 regulations, which make it mandatory to conduct final tests after the last stage of processing.
