Today, under the watchful eye of our Training Manager Maciej Szeremeta, the entire HR Team took part in a training course on various non-destructive testing methods. There was a theoretical part and a practical part.

Thus, we want to show that in NAVITEST Ltd. regardless of the position occupied, every employee learns the specifics of the NDT Inspector's work.

In the case of the HR Department, it's a bite into the industry so that, among other things, we know even better who to recruit, how to plan, what tests to send and what certifications our employees need.

The girls came out of the training with a great appreciation of the NDT Inspector's work.
